Enjoying a vacation right on your own doorstep is a lot of fun, especially in Monheim am Rhein. In the old part of town, restored half-timbered façades and bubbling fountains provide the perfect backdrop for enjoying both plain cooking and fine dining outdoors with great views of the landscape park. Besides that, the water playground, climbing frames, swings, seesaws and spinning tops, surrounded by soft sand and green lawns, invite you to play. At the heart of it all is a miniature edition of “Rogue’s Tower”, from which you can slide down onto the sand. What is more, there is a nature trail, a skater park and a tourist information center, where you can rent go-karts and bicycles.
