Starry Magic Christmas market

With lots of little stalls, numerous lights, the smell of punch and a cozy atmosphere, a visit to the Christmas market in the old part of town is a cherished tradition for many people during the Advent season in Monheim.

Monheim’s Sternenzauber festivities also include the Christmas market in the old part of town. In 2022, it will take place as usual on the third weekend of Advent, from December 9 to 11.

The arts and crafts stands offer a variety of items, such as gift ideas with a local touch, handmade jewelry, handmade toys, painting and art, pottery, woodwork and blacksmithing articles, bookbinding art, stationery, traditional crafts, handmade decorations that have been knitted, crocheted, sewn and embroidered, lights and light decorations or first-rate packaged food and beverages , such as spirits, coffee, delicacies, tea, spices or jams.

The market is open on Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
